In Lifestyle: I love to support you in building rituals and rhythms that help you trust yourself, and that create healthy patterns in your life so you can actually show up to your mission- knowing exactly what you serve and how you are able to help.
In Relationship: I help you get clear on the karmic threads that tie you to your partners, clients, and collaborators; both past, present and future, so you can really work with the energy, rather than just spiraling around inside of outdated stories about your connections.
I have a Masters in Public Health- emphasizing in Behavioral Sciences, certified in lifestyle medicine/wellness coaching, energy healing, and breathwork. My background in research helps me synthesize a lot of information into what is healthy and alive for you in current time. I know how to help people unwind parts of their life that are not in resonance, and build themselves back up inside of frameworks that actually feel aligned with Soul.
