We kick off Libra Season with a ritual of balance that opens the door to a season of change. I write these words as I gaze down upon the clouds of my airplane window. Thinking about how, up here, all is the same. There are no seasons. There is no change. There is just the constant presence of the sun, moon and stars. The earth sitting before me and I remember, that above all- we are all the same. Above all- we are all having the same human experience; together.

Don’t depend on another to rise, but use the other to active the self and take up space in the place that one is given.
The Fall Equinox is a day of balance.
Read MoreI want to be free to see
The real me come to be
I want to know that in my flow
I transpose all my old woes
I want to be high, so high
That my own sigh helps me fly
So that when the time does come
I know what light will guide me home
Light | dark. Shadow | illumination.
A kaleidoscopic fractal of time and space and yet… here we are, now. To be seen, is to see. To have the grandeur that looks past- the one way, and sees all ways. Witness the potential universality that expands, everywhere. Projected from all angles, all perspectives. With respect to the greater views because we’ve also been at the bottom: where we all start, where we all end. Without knocking it down to reach the top: we climb. And when we lose light, we retreat. It is the ebb and flow of evolution. Natural progression. To be constantly going, growing, living, shedding, dying, and then reborn as something | else. It is this cataclysm that keeps the world spinning. It is that truth that keeps all things true. So let us not forget to honor the journey… the in-between that is nothing, but yet all things. Find solace in moments with shadow as a translucent expression of the soul's experience. It is this intimacy with self that ignites the inspiration of illumination. The two dancing a colorful expression of the world that lives within… as just a fractal of the whole world that exists without. We are everything we are looking for, and none of it.

I am
Looking for…
Each day we make a choice: to listen, to hear, to know and see the truth. Each day we must decide what we stand for, what we believe in, what we are here to do. Tikkun Olam, or תיקון עולם in Hebrew, is a teaching of life from Jewish mystics advising us of our duty to create harmony. Advocating that we are each born into a broken world in order to repair it: to leave things better than it was before we came. If you left this planet now would you know, in all absolution, that you did the best you could do? Not just for the trajectory of your own minute life, but for the whole course of humanity’s story? Did you give back to this planet in more ways than she gave to you? Did you leave this place: your lineage, your people, your land; better than you found it?
Being silent is crippling. It is a disease spreading like wildfire to keep things (our earth, our communities, our humanity) stagnant, stale, suppressed, and morbid. Keeping all of us on the brink of mortality. Our planet crying out for attention, our youth in constant fear for their lives, our women disconnected from the LIFE GIVING power of our bodies because we are told they don’t belong to us. The colorful kaleidoscope of human citizens is being dulled into a grey monotony of singularity. What is happening in our country is NOT normal, it is not just, and it is absolutely not okay. We can not continue this way, or we will not continue in any way.

Read MoreA reading for the month of March for each astrological sign. Of course it is biased: in that it is one individual own channel of interpretation and writing, but it is also sincerely honest in that a read with great care and sincere intention can support each and every person who reads this on the journey ahead. I truly believed in the cards and am trusting my intuition on this one. The spirit guided question: how can each one of us, influenced by the great cosmos of astrology, be our best selves, so that we can each participate in creating the best possible version of this world- together.
Read MoreHow's everyone doin out there? Anyone else feeling a clearing happening around their sacral chakra? I've been experiencing it this whole last week, electrified by this full moon eclipse wave we're riding. And its not only In my own body, but also in the various fields of other bodies I've been working with, both in my work and also with my own circle of friends and family I regularly connect. Others who practice in this realm of vibration have also echoed similar readings that confirmed my own.
Read MoreThe place we lay our heads at night is our own personal wellness incubator: providing safe space for the body to release, the mind to unload, and the soul to float with freedom. When we invite other people into this healing ritual, we are consciously choosing to take precious time away from our own restoration. We are allowing someone else to receive the medicine of our nightly self care.
Read MoreIt was Saturday night: “Get up, Stand up. Stand up for your rights.” These words resonated thousands and thousands of voices, the message: an electric impulse charging the hearts of all who were there to behold. Feeling, at its core, the true hope that carried Marley forward in his unwavering belief and empowering calls to action. And here we were again, echoing his sentiments to rise up and be the change. I've always known The String Cheese Incident was an epic band, but it was this profound weekend that I had the privilege to see that they are so much more then music makers. That these individuals bring people together for a cause that is greater than a just good time. Greater then their impeccable groovy tunes, their incredible stage presence, and truly unique group of people they gather. They are our leaders, paving the way towards a new earth. A place where we all stand together in solidarity for the good we truly believe in. These are men of influence: using their power for good. Promoting a movement that celebrates love, welcomes community, and gathers tribes for righteous creation and collective collaboration. We live in a world where only an elite few stand on a platform with the world listening, and it is these particular leaders who choose to use their influence to inspire liberation rather then concentrate manipulation. In a time when so many of us are searching for honest guidance, they used their moment of visibility to shine a light on truth and remind us that we are stronger together: united and fighting for a common cause.
Read MoreYear after year we come together for a cause that isn't simply about building, but is in truth: a movement of dissolution. Mistaken for idolatry by some who haven't immersed themselves honestly in the culture, this coming together is in actuality an evolution in how we pray. Where we don't worship the power of erected human creation, but instead honor the truth of our fragile humanity. To witness structures: generated by love, dedication, and life force of widespread intricate communities, fall so easily to dust: it is, at the core, a remembrance of who we are.
